A friend gave me a few boxes of blueberries. I happened to have bread missing the jam this morning, so I made some blueberry jam to go with the bread

  1. Put the blueberries in a container and pour some starch

  2. Pour in water and soak for ten minutes

  3. Rinse several times and remove

  4. Pour into the pot

  5. Put 50g in cold water and bring to a boil over low heat. Crush the blueberries with a spoon and stir while pressing

  6. Add rock sugar and continue to cook, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking

  7. When the sauce starts to thicken, add lemon juice

  8. Continue cooking for ten minutes, remember to stir

  9. Wait until the surface is reflective and turn off the flame

  10. Pour it into a glass container that has been sterilized in advance and has no moisture. The purpose of inverting it is to sterilize the bottle cap

  11. What the finished product looks like

  12. After refrigeration, the flavor becomes more intense and thicker

  13. Break the bread in half and spread with blueberry jam

  14. It's very satisfying to take a bite. This is a sweet bread for me. If you don't like it too sweet, you can spread it on toast or white steamed buns.
