Prepare a head of baby cabbage and bagged bone-in ham.

Cut off the baby cabbage, wash it, and place it in a medium bowl.

Clean the ham and slice it into slices;

Then cut into thick filaments.

Place the shredded pork on the baby cabbage;

Boil the water, put it into the steamer and cover it;

Steam for ten minutes on medium heat;
