Prepare the ingredients, a handful of cooked peanuts, a cucumber, soaked fungus

Add a little salt to the pot and cook for three minutes

Cut the cucumber into small pieces, add a little salt and marinate to remove excess water

Soak the cooked fungus in drinking water for two minutes to keep the fungus crispy

Prepare a bowl and add two teaspoons of light soy sauce, one teaspoon of rice vinegar, half a teaspoon of pepper oil, two teaspoons of red oil, minced garlic and chopped green onion, mix well and set aside
