Clean the radish tassels.

Blanch in boiling water until soft, remove and cool.

Drain the radish leaves and cut them into fine pieces, mince the garlic and pepper.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add minced garlic and chili and stir-fry until fragrant, add radish tassels and stir-fry for 5 minutes, add salt and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.
