Cut the winter melon with a chrysanthemum knife; mince the ginger and garlic; mince the green onion; cut the pepper into small circles.

Heat the pan with cold oil. When the oil is hot, add the sliced winter melon

Add the minced onion, ginger and a small amount of water and bring to a boil

Add chili, bean paste, spicy sauce, and Laogan tempeh, stir-fry a few times, and continue to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes
