Overview

On a whim, I made a few egg tarts. My oven is rarely used, so I cook more at once, and I made all 20 egg tart crusts!

  1. Thaw the tart crust.

  2. Prepare materials.

  3. Separate egg yolks.

  4. Beat the egg yolks, add 200ml cream, add 120ml pure milk, add 50g sugar, the amount of sugar can be adjusted according to personal preference, stir evenly. Makes 20 of these.

  5. Sieve.

  6. After sifting, it is much finer. Add the egg tart crust one by one, until it is eighty full.

  7. Control the temperature of the oven up and down, 200°, preheat for 2 minutes in advance, put it in the oven, and bake for 18 minutes. My oven feels too hot.

  8. You can see small oil beads emerging from the surface of the egg tart crust...
