Stir-fried dried tofu with fermented bean curd and parsley
Overview
This is my first time cooking with fermented bean curd. This is a dish I learned while watching TV. It is easy to learn and tastes good. Celery has the effects of calming the liver and clearing away heat, dispelling wind and dampness, relieving irritability and reducing swelling, cooling blood and stopping bleeding, detoxifying and relieving the lungs, strengthening the stomach and promoting blood circulation, clearing the intestines and facilitating bowel movements, moistening the lungs and relieving coughs, lowering blood pressure, strengthening the brain and sedating. Eating celery regularly, especially celery leaves, is very beneficial to preventing high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, etc., and has an auxiliary therapeutic effect.
