Handmade Nougat
Overview
Nougat is a childhood favorite. Today's nougat uses only a few simple raw materials, is easy to operate, hygienic, has a rich milky flavor, and has a compound taste of peanuts and milk - it's really sweet! This is also my first time trying it. I believe that as long as you like to try it, you can successfully make delicious nougat at home.

-
Prepare 90g of peeled and roasted cooked peanuts, a bag of white marshmallows, 80g of milk powder, 25g of butter, and cut the sugar paper into the required size and shape.
-
Put the butter into the pot and bring to a boil over low heat.
-
Pour in an 80g bag of marshmallows, stir gently over low heat, and slowly combine with butter.
-
After melting evenly, pour in the milk powder and stir quickly evenly.
-
Quickly add the peanuts (put the peanuts in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush them into large pieces) and mix quickly evenly.
-
Take out the nougat ingredients, lay them out on two pieces of oil paper, roll them flat with a rolling pin, and push them back as neatly as possible.
-
Cut the dried nougat into even strips.
-
Then cut it into a shape that just fits the sugar paper (I also added a small handful of dried cranberries).
