  1. Onions, I really like them to taste crunchy, so dice them into small cubes and set aside! (Put it in after taking it out of the pan! It will be very squeaky!)

  2. Main ingredient! It’s all good stuff made with cold water! Dried mushrooms, dried fungus, and acupuncture! (They should all be called needle gold!)

  3. Cut the fungus into shreds and set aside, remove the dirt at the roots of the mushrooms, and cut the acupuncture into sections.

  4. Turn on the heat and add oil to the pan. Stir-fry the onions, ginger, and garlic. Add the mushrooms, fungus, acupuncture, and the remaining diced fried dough sticks. Pour in an appropriate amount of water, stir in the egg flowers, and add the diced onions. After the pan is boiled, pour in the mixed soup of salt, soy sauce, chopped green onion starch, and water. (We call it thickening!) Finally, sprinkle with pepper, salt, five-spice powder, and sesame oil! You're done!
