Sixi Baked Gluten
Overview
This is our local vegetarian speciality. I have never been tired of it since I was a snack. The ingredients are all dry goods, so prepare some at home. If you want to eat, you can just soak it in advance. It can be served with porridge, rice, or noodles.

Soak ingredients in cold water

Cut the roasted bran into small pieces, blanch it in water for five minutes, and rinse off the starch
