Rose cake
Overview
Roses are used to make snacks, and most of them are crispy snacks with rose fillings. The rose cake I’m sharing with you today is suitable for those who don’t have an oven. This snack is inspired by the Korean Jindalai flower cake. It’s very simple to make. Just take the petals and combine them with elastic glutinous rice flour. It’s perfect.

Prepare ingredients: glutinous rice flour, sugar, roses, kewpie salad dressing

Add appropriate amount of sugar into the glutinous rice flour

Add appropriate amount of Kewpie Salad Dressing

Blanch the noodles in hot water until they become dough

Steam the dough in a steamer

Soak roses in water

Divide the steamed glutinous rice dough into equal portions

Press the paste into a cake, take rose petals and stick them on top of the glutinous rice cake.
