Chop the ribs into pieces and clean them.

Pour cold water into the pot, add ginger slices and cooking wine, blanch the pork ribs for 3 minutes, and wash away any foam with warm water.

Peel the broad beans and set aside the shallots and ginger slices.

Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.

Put the ribs into the pressure cooker, add ginger slices, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and water, cover the pressure limiting valve and cook for 15 minutes.

After deflation, open the lid, add shallots and potatoes, season with salt and cook for 10 minutes.

Add broad beans and cook for 5 minutes.
