Wash the persimmons, put them in a container, add 2 times the boiling water and soak them for 24 hours to soak the persimmons.

Tear the soaked persimmons into pieces with your hands.

Wash the lotus root and water chestnuts, peel them and cut them into thin slices.

Wash, peel, core and cut pears into thin slices.

Blanch lotus roots for 1 minute and drain.

Prepare preserved apricots, preserved peaches, and preserved red fruits, cut into 1cm cubes, and appropriate amount of raisins.

Put all the ingredients into the persimmons, mix evenly, and soak for more than 4 hours before eating.
