Steamed Peanuts
Overview
Peanuts are known as long-lasting fruits. They have a charming flavor when stir-fried, fried or boiled. Fresh peanuts that have just been picked from the ground are plump, fragrant, crispy and sweet. Steaming is the best method for such tender peanuts. Compared with boiled peanuts, they are not as juicy, but the texture is softer and the aroma is fuller.
