Soak the shredded pork in water for twenty minutes to soak out the blood.

Peel the loofah and cut into cubes. Spare.

Drain the washed meat, add one spoonful of cooking wine, two spoons of light soy sauce, a little pepper, and a small spoonful of starch. Grasp it with your hands and add a little cooking oil. Marinate for twenty minutes.

Heat the oil in a pan and remove the pork shreds to change color. Dish out and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, put the loofah into the pan and stir-fry until it changes colour.

Add the shredded pork and stir-fry, add a little cooking wine, two tablespoons of light soy sauce and a little salt. Stir fry over high heat.

Add the green onions and minced garlic and stir-fry evenly.

Remove from pan and plate.
