Pour oil into the pan, cut the jelly into cubes and put it into the pan.

Fry until both sides are dry, slightly brown and crispy.

Pour spinach in water, remove and cut into sections.

Peel the garlic, smash into pieces and cut into rice.

Sprinkle salt on the fried jelly, pour vinegar, cover the pot, simmer until the vinegar has almost evaporated, add minced garlic and spinach, shovel evenly and remove from the pot.
