Cut into small thick pieces.

Set aside chopped green onions.

Peel the cured duck legs and chop into small pieces.

Heat the oil pan and stir-fry the cured duck legs.

Add the taro and fry.

Pour in 2 and a half bowls of water and cook. (Taro absorbs water, so there shouldn’t be too little water. The juice is very delicious when used with rice.)
