Ingredients
Steps
-
Preparation materials: two boxes of milk and yogurt powder.
-
First, clean and sterilize the inner tank with boiling water, and then wipe away the water droplets in the inner tank.
-
First heat the milk to about 40 degrees, just slightly warm. Pour pure milk and half a pack of yogurt powder or 1/10 commercial yogurt into the inner pot.
-
Use sterilized chopsticks to stir clockwise until evenly mixed.
-
Close the lid, place the inner container into the main body of the yogurt machine, turn on the power, and it will be ready in about 8-12 hours.
-
I usually make yogurt before going to bed at night, unplug the yogurt machine the next morning, and put it in the refrigerator after it cools down.
-
Put the refrigerated yogurt into a bowl, drizzle with honey, and stir until it becomes quite thick.
-
Cut the mango in half, draw a grid on it, turn it over and cut into small dices.
-
Just put the diced mango on the yogurt, stir it evenly when eating, and you can taste the delicious and simple mango diced yogurt.
