Leftover shrimp 🦐 from lunch, and shredded ginger. If it is fresh shrimp, add cooking wine and blanch it in water and set aside.

Add water to make porridge, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat. It uses a lot of rice and takes about 20 minutes.

Add shrimp 🦐 and shredded ginger and cook for about 5 minutes.

Add chopped green vegetables and wolfberry and bring to a boil. Green vegetables tend to change color if cooked for a long time.

Finally add black and white cooked sesame seeds, salt 🧂, drizzle some sesame oil, stir and enjoy.
