Salt-roasted French blue mussels
Overview
In the era of purchasing agents, anything is possible. Although I have never been to France, I can still sit at home and purchase high-quality seafood that is fully refrigerated and transported from France: live blue mussels from Mont Saint-Michel in France. The price for five people is about the same as a small Boston lobster, which is quite affordable. No need to add any seasoning, you can taste the fresh seafood full of sea water.

Spread the blue mussels evenly over the sea salt.

Observe the oven, the mussels will be bright yellow when the lid is opened
