When the butter is softened at room temperature, add fine sugar and beat with a whisk until the sugar is slightly melted;

Add one egg or add eggs one at a time and continue to beat;

Stir the whipped butter until it becomes light and fluffy as shown in Figure 3;

Sift low-gluten flour into the whipped butter;

Use a rubber spatula to stir into a uniform cookie batter. Stop stirring when there is no dry powder;

Cut off the sharp corners of the piping bag and insert a chrysanthemum-shaped piping tip;

Put the cookie batter into a piping bag with a piping tip;

Pour evenly sized portions of cookie batter into the baking pan;

Place in the middle rack of the oven preheated at 170 degrees and 150 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes; the cookies will be colored on the surface and bottom, and baked through.
