Sautéed Pork Ribs
Overview
If you are tired of eating braised sauce, sweet and sour sauce, and honey sauce, change your taste and try the sauce! You don’t need too many seasonings, just an appropriate amount of Haitian sauce, and you can cook a plate of ribs with a rich sauce.

Boil the ribs briefly in boiling water and remove.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add star anise, dried red pepper, green onion, and ginger and saute until fragrant.

Add Haitian sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add pork ribs and stir-fry.

Coat the ribs with the sauce.

Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium to low heat and simmer.

Cook until the ribs are tender and tasty.
