Ingredients
Steps
-
Put the glutinous rice flour into the bread machine bucket, add hot water melted with fine sugar, knead it into a ball, take it out and let it stand for later use.
-
Take two small balls and knead in strawberry powder and mango powder respectively
-
Take a piece of dough of the main color, roll it into an olive shape, and stick a little dough of other colors on the back. It can be glued into a five-petal plum blossom shape, or any other shape.
-
Apply a little dry flour to the mold, put the dough into the mold and compact it, and use scissors to cut out the slit at the end
-
Gently press the mold and take it out carefully
-
Place on oil paper and set aside
-
Heat hot water in a pot. When the water boils, put the carp in. When it floats, carefully remove it
-
Pour the koi carp into a shallow plate with a little bit of the soup in the spoon. Each one does this. Mix a little matcha powder into the soup and mix well
-
While the water is boiling and cooking, use the remaining colored dough to make a simple lotus flower. Poke some holes with toothpicks in the center of the flower. In the same way, use matcha powder to make lotus leaves, cook them and put them on the plate.
