After buying a loach, raise it for a few days and let it vomit out all the dirt in its stomach.

Put the spit-cleaned loach whole into a steaming pot, pour in rice wine and shredded ginger. (Close the lid and pour slowly, otherwise it will jump around)

Steam in the pot for about forty minutes (tie the straps because they will jump around when steaming)
