Bread machine grilled chicken wings
Overview
Many people who don’t have an oven ask if a bread machine can bake chicken wings. I had nothing to do today and I used a bread machine to bake chicken wings. It was the first time I made it, and I felt it was quite successful.

Wash the chicken wings. (The amount I use is relatively small and the ingredients are relatively small. If you want to bake more, you can add more ingredients, such as: 70 grams of New Orleans grilled chicken ingredients, 70 grams of water, 2 pounds of chicken wings, 45ml of olive oil, 45ml of honey)

Blot up the water with kitchen paper (you can also leave it there to dry naturally)

After drying, use a knife to make two slits on both sides of the chicken wings. The angle of the knife is slightly angled to make the slits look better. The slits are made for more flavor.

I finished all seven. The capacity of the bread machine is small, so I used half a pound of chicken wings.

Pour 20 grams of water into the New Orleans grilled chicken ingredients, stir evenly, and then add the chicken wings. Use your hands (wearing gloves) to rub the chicken wings into the ingredients a few times to evenly coat the chicken wings with the ingredients. Then pour in a little more olive oil and continue to knead evenly. Wrap the bowl in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours. (If you want it to be more delicious, leave it for at least 4 hours, or 48 hours, which will make it more delicious)

Put the prepared chicken wings into the bread bucket. Spread a layer of honey on top before baking to make them look shinier and taste more tender.

Select the baking function. The baking process is over and the baking time is 40 minutes (can also be 35 minutes). I like it a bit rotten. (Turn the chicken wings over when baking for 20 minutes).
