Pan-fried horsemouth
Overview
Horsemouth is a fish unique to our hometown. It has many spines, but it tastes very delicious. My mother used to make it for me, but this time I brought it raw from home. I happened to have sweet potato starch given by a friend on hand, so I tried to make it like my mother. Unexpectedly, it was quite successful. In fact, it didn't feel difficult.
