Melt warm water and sugar, then add yeast and let it sit for 10 minutes. Pour in low-gluten flour and mix evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment

Ferment until doubled in size

Insert a small hole in the middle to make it just right without deforming

Knead into long strips and divide into equal portions. Let it sit for 15 minutes

Shape it into a round shape and add the barbecued pork fillings (barbecued pork and barbecued pork sauce, mix well), fold and seal

Brush a layer of corn oil on the steaming plate and put in the folded barbecued pork buns, bring to a boil and steam for 20 minutes, then simmer for 5 minutes

Turn on the pot and the big fat barbecued pork buns are ready.
