Blanch Leizhou bamboo shoots and bacon and cut into cubes, add salt, sugar and light soy sauce to make filling

Knead wheat flour with warm water and make wheat dumplings

Heat oil in a pan and fry until the skin is golden brown. Add water to cover the pot. When the water is dry, fry the other two sides of the dumplings. Serve with egg drop soup + small celery to clear the mouth
