This is a simple and delicious fried crab. Whenever my family wants to eat crab🦀, I will make it. You can try it. I forgot to take some pictures of the process. Sorry 😂

  1. You can cut the crabs into four or two, clean the internal organs and drain them for later use.

  2. Chop the garlic, wash it and drain it. Pour some cooking oil into the wok, stir-fry the minced garlic over low heat until golden and crispy, and set aside.

  3. Heat oil in a pan, pour some cornstarch into the basin, coat the incisions of the crab legs with cornstarch, and deep-fry the oil until it is 80% hot.

  4. Fry until golden brown (you don’t need to fry it for too long, so that the meat inside becomes old, it will be OK soon after it changes color).

  5. After frying, turn off the heat, filter out the oil in the pot, add an appropriate amount of bread crumbs to the remaining oil and fry over low heat until golden. Add the minced garlic, then pour in the fried crab legs, add a little salt, sugar, and light soy sauce, stir-fry quickly and serve!
