Stir-fried shredded pork with sauerkraut

Preparation: shredded sauerkraut, I buy bagged shredded sauerkraut and wash it twice. Cut the tenderloin into shreds, add salt, pepper, and cooking wine starch to marinate for a while. Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside. Wash the aniseed ingredients and set aside.

Stir-fry shredded pork in warm oil and add appropriate amount of lard to melt. Lard is meat oil, the oil consumed by fat meat.

Add onion, ginger, garlic and aniseed and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add shredded pickled cabbage and stir-fry for a while.

Add light soy sauce, sugar, and peppercorn oil and continue frying. Add an appropriate amount of water and cook for a while. The water should cover the pickled cabbage shreds. You can also add some vermicelli and cook together.

Cook until the shredded sauerkraut is cooked and when the water is almost dry, add salt, pepper and chicken essence to taste.
