The soft-shell turtle is also called flatfish and Indian flatfish. Preserved vegetables are dried white radish.

Clean and cut into sections

Cut pork skin into small pieces

Just 3/4 of the preserved vegetables is enough

Preserved vegetables cut into strips

Pan-fry pork rinds

Add soft-shell turtle fish segments and preserved vegetable strips and stir-fry

Fry for two to three minutes

Boil water for five minutes

Add chicken essence, salt and pepper, take it out of the pot
