Red bean paste drink
Overview
My mother also planted this big red bean this year. She has never grown this kind of bean before. Because my mother once went to the field and saw someone else planting it, so that person gave me this seed. Mom said she didn’t know we had any species before, and she also said she would breed more species next year. Haha. . . Because of the continuous rainy weather some time ago, someone told my mother that the red beans were dead and they needed to pick them up quickly, otherwise they would sprout easily. My mother picked some up the day before yesterday, and sure enough, some of them sprouted small sprouts, like bean sprouts. I was wondering if they could also be used to grow bean sprouts. Taking advantage of the fact that the red beans were still fresh without the sun for the past two days, I quickly got some to cook in the morning. Fresh ones are better. You don’t have to soak the beans and they are easy to cook. How convenient. . .
