Stir-fried duck with green pepper
Overview
My family sometimes buys braised duck or sauced duck from outside. I don’t finish the first meal, but when I eat the second meal, I want to eat it. Yesterday, my mother bought half of a nine-foot duck and left it unfinished. Today I just used the chili peppers from the field to stir-fry the rest. This is very suitable for drinking with beer or something.

-
Prepare ingredients
-
Chop the ginger and garlic, and cut the green chili into sections
-
First put the green chili peppers in the pot and stir-fry them to taste spicy (the chili peppers at home are already spicy enough, but my mother still thinks they are not spicy enough and not delicious). If you don’t like chili very much, you can skip this step
-
Sauté the ginger and garlic in the oil pan until fragrant.
-
Put the skin which is heavier in oil first and fry it briefly. The duck fried in this way will be more fragrant.
-
Pour the remaining duck into the pot and stir-fry until flavourful
-
After the flavor comes out, add green chili and stir-fry together, add some chicken essence and it’s ready to serve
-
Done.
