Cut the beef into cubes, add 1/2 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of black pepper, chicken essence, cooking wine and 1 spoon of light soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes.

Add vegetable oil to the pot, sauté the garlic over low heat until golden, then set aside.

Add beef cubes and fry for 2 minutes.

Add garlic, 1/2 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of black pepper and 1 spoon of light soy sauce, stir-fry over high heat to reduce the juice.
