Mix 300 grams of plain flour, 3 grams of yeast, and 150 ml of cold boiled water into a dough and ferment for about 1 hour.

Put it in the pot for secondary fermentation for about half an hour. After fermentation, light the fire. After the water in the pot boils, steam for 15 to 20 minutes. The time depends on the size of the steamed buns. Turn off the heat and then open the lid after a while.
