Place the quick-frozen rice cakes on a non-stick baking sheet (if there is no non-stick pan, put oiled paper on it). Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 5 minutes; (I made the rice cakes myself using a bread machine and they are delicious. I will take pictures and post the recipe next time I make them.)

During the baking process, prepare brown sugar water. Add a little boiling water to the brown sugar to melt it;

Take it out, turn it over, continue to bake for 3 minutes, then take it out and brush all sides with brown sugar water;
