I had this porridge at the restaurant and improved it a bit when I got home. The shrimp oil is fully integrated into the porridge, paired with the rich aroma of the mushrooms. The whole porridge is delicious and fragrant.

  5. Peel and devein the green shrimps, peel off the shrimp heads, put them into separate bowls, add cooking wine and marinate to remove the fishy smell

  6. Pour oil into the pot, add the shrimp heads and stir-fry until the red oil is completely separated

  7. Cook the rice until it blooms and becomes sticky

  8. Pour the fried shrimp heads and red oil into the rice porridge and stir evenly

  9. Add shiitake mushrooms

  10. Add the shrimp meat and simmer for five minutes
