Chili-boosting porridge with mushrooms and shrimps
Overview
I had this porridge at the restaurant and improved it a bit when I got home. The shrimp oil is fully integrated into the porridge, paired with the rich aroma of the mushrooms. The whole porridge is delicious and fragrant.

Prepare ingredients

Wash the rice repeatedly and add water

Bring to a boil and turn to low heat

Soak the mushrooms, wash and slice them

Peel and devein the green shrimps, peel off the shrimp heads, put them into separate bowls, add cooking wine and marinate to remove the fishy smell

Pour oil into the pot, add the shrimp heads and stir-fry until the red oil is completely separated

Cook the rice until it blooms and becomes sticky

Pour the fried shrimp heads and red oil into the rice porridge and stir evenly

Add shiitake mushrooms

Add the shrimp meat and simmer for five minutes

Finally sprinkle in salt to taste
