Two-color steamed egg
Overview
I used to dislike eating eggs and preserved eggs, but I don’t know when I suddenly stopped rejecting them. It’s very strange. Today’s two-color steamed egg tastes pretty good!

Steps
-
Prepare the necessary materials
-
Chop the preserved eggs, find a clean container (the tempered glass lunch box I found), brush the bottom and surroundings with oil, put in the sliced preserved eggs, and spread them out
-
Pour the egg white evenly on top of the preserved eggs, wrap it with plastic wrap or cover the lid of the lunch box, and poke a few small holes evenly in the plastic wrap (if you cover the lid, open the leak holes)
-
Place the steamer and steam for about 10 minutes
-
Then take it out, open the plastic wrap and pour in the egg yolk evenly, then wrap it in plastic wrap. Put it on the steamer and steam for 10 minutes and take it out
-
Take it out, cut it into any shape you like and serve it
