Marbled Cookies
Overview
The store where I bought the flour gave me a small bag of chocolate chip cookies, so I thought I would add some ingredients to make a baking pan! This is my first time learning to make marble patterns, but the pattern blending is not ideal!

Make original dough: After softening 55 grams of butter, add 25 grams of fine sugar and beat with a whisk until the volume becomes puffy

Add 8 grams of milk and continue to beat for a while until the milk and butter are fully combined

Sift in 80 grams of low-gluten flour

Use a rubber spatula to stir evenly into a soft batter, then roll into a cylinder

Make chocolate dough: After softening 50 grams of butter, beat with a whisk until the volume becomes puffy

Add 100g of chocolate chip cookie mix and 10g of milk

Stir evenly into a soft dough and roll into a cylinder

The two pieces of dough are stacked together and the cut biscuits are placed on baking paper

Knead the dough several times with your hands to mix it with each other, but not too many times

Knead the dough and roll it into a large cylindrical dough with your hands. Wrap the dough in oil paper or plastic wrap and put it in the freezer of the refrigerator for about half an hour until the dough becomes hard

Take out the hardened dough and cut it into 0.3CM thick slices with a knife

Arrange the cut cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving enough distance between each cookie. Place the baking sheet into a preheated 180°C oven and bake for about 15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown
