Boil the soaked mung beans until the sand is released, then set aside after cooking.

Sago can only be placed after boiling water.

Boil the sago for about 15 minutes, open it and see if there is a little white in the middle of the sago. Just turn off the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Rinse the stewed sago with cold water.

Add coconut milk and condensed milk to the cooked mung beans, and add rock sugar.

After the rock sugar is boiled and melted, add the sago. Then just boil and break up the sago.
