Prepare pork ribs, lotus root, and Pu'er tea. Wash the ribs. Cut into sections, cut the lotus root into small pieces, (picture quoted from the Internet)

First, steep the Pu'er tea in hot water for 2 minutes (do not turn it on to about 7 levels of heat) and remove the first layer of water. Then wrap it in gauze. Put the ribs and Pu'er tea into a casserole. After the fire is turned on, simmer over low heat for about 1 hour. Add the lotus root cubes. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Add salt at the end.
