Christmas tree bread
Overview
Tomorrow is Christmas, so I will post the last Christmas-related recipe as soon as possible. It’s no longer interesting to post once Christmas is over. The powdered sugar on the bread was sifted a little too much. I started too hard and sifted too much.

Place all ingredients into bread pan. (Except butter and powdered sugar)

Start the kneading program for 20 minutes until the dough expands.

Add softened butter and knead again for 20 minutes.

Just check if the dough comes out of the dough.

Roll the dough out into a round shape, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes.

Divide into 20 small dough pieces.

Roll the small dough into a round shape.

Place the small pieces of dough into the baking pan and arrange them into a tree shape.

Place in oven to ferment.

Let it double in size and take it out.

Brush with a layer of egg wash.

Preheat the oven to 165 degrees and bake on the middle shelf for 15 minutes.

Take it out and let it cool, then sift over the powdered sugar.
