Black Bean Stewed Pork Trotters

Generally, soybeans and white beans are used to stew pig's trotters. In fact, stewing pig's trotters with black beans tastes better and more fragrant.

The pig's trotters that have been cut into rings when purchased are soaked in clean water for about two hours.

Dried black beans, soaked in clean water for about four hours;

Wash and select out the bad beans.

Put the pig's trotters in the pot under cold water and add cooking wine;

Brew over high heat for three to five minutes;

Wash with water.

Pour the washed and drained beans into the pressure cooker;

Add ginger slices and pepper;

Add water to cover the pig's trotters;

Press for forty minutes;

Add salt and reduce the juice for five minutes;

Depending on your preference, you can serve it with spicy beef sauce and green chopped chili sauce as a dish for the pig's trotters.
