Osmanthus glutinous rice and lotus root

I bought some dried osmanthus some time ago, and the alluring fragrance makes me eager to try it. Today I’m making sweet-scented osmanthus glutinous rice and lotus root. Autumn is the perfect time to eat lotus root! Vernon goes to work today, and when he comes back from get off work, the beautiful glutinous rice lotus root will be ready!

Soak the glutinous rice for about 4 hours in advance, peel the lotus roots, and cut both ends of the lotus roots
