I forgot to take a photo of the required ingredients before cutting the cabbage

Soak the vermicelli in warm water and cut into small pieces

Cut the cabbage, white kudzu and cabbage into shreds and put them together.

Mix the above ingredients and seasonings together.

Tear open the spring roll skins one by one and start wrapping

Put it in the oil pan and start frying for about 10 minutes. The spring roll skin will be ready when it turns golden brown.

Place the fried spring rolls on a piece of paper to absorb excess oil.
