Cut the ribs into sections, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.

Add black pepper, salted chicken powder and vegetable oil to the pork ribs and potatoes, mix well and marinate for 2 hours.

Place in a baking pan, cover with tin foil, heat at 180°C for 40 minutes, remove the tin foil, and set at 200°C for 10 minutes.
