【Tianjin】Peanut Black Sesame Nougat
Overview
This year I made many flavors of candy, including original, cocoa, and matcha. In addition to peanuts, cranberries and American almonds were added. When I was making the last wave, I dug out a small bag of black sesame seeds. As a result, I temporarily added a black sesame flavor. When eating, it is very optional~~ Ingredients: 240g marshmallows, 160g whole milk powder, 45g butter, 160g cooked peanuts, 80g black sesame seeds

Cut the large pure white marshmallows in half and set aside

Roughly mix peeled cooked peanuts and black sesame seeds, set aside

Put the butter in a non-stick pan and melt it over low heat until it becomes liquid

Pour in marshmallows

Continue to heat over low heat and the marshmallows will slowly melt

Wait until the marshmallows are completely melted into a liquid state and mix well with the butter

Turn off the heat and pour in the whole milk powder

Stir quickly with a spatula

Pour in peanut kernels and black sesame seeds

Stir until roughly uniform

Then pour it onto the silicone mat and knead it for a while, almost wrapping the peanuts and sesame seeds in

Place into a non-stick baking pan and flatten

Wait until it takes shape and then pour it out
