Red bean and coconut milk sago
Overview
One of my favorite desserts, it is actually very easy to make. It tastes like QQ, with a strong coconut flavor, and the addition of red beans brings a coolness to the summer.

Soak sago in cold water for about 10 minutes.

First boil a pot of water, then pour in the sago.

While cooking, stir constantly with a spoon to avoid burning the bottom.

Cook until there are little white spots left in the middle, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

When the stewed sago becomes transparent, scoop out the sago and put it into cold water, and rinse it with tap water until it is completely cooled. Stir with your hands while brewing to prevent the sago from clumping together.

Then pour in sago, red beans and appropriate amount of coconut milk. Stir evenly and put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. The smooth red bean and coconut milk sago is ready.
