1. 1 Prepare the ingredients, cake balls, Oreo cookies, lollipop paper sticks and chocolate

   

2. 2 Melt the desired color chocolate in a small bowl with hot water

   

3. 3 Flatten the top of the cake ball

   

4. 4 Then dip a paper lollipop stick into dark chocolate, then insert it into the middle of the bottom of the cake ball and let it solidify

   

5. 5 Spread a little dark chocolate in the middle of a large Oreo cookie

   

6. 6 Place the mini Oreo cookies on top and let cool to solidify

   

7. 7 Then roll the cake ball in white chocolate, dip it in the hat when it is still solid, let it cool to solidify, and finally use black chocolate to draw eyes and mouth, and use sugar needles to decorate the nose and you are done!
