Cut off both ends of edamame for better flavor

Soak the peanuts for a while and wash them

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add Sichuan peppercorns, aniseed, red pepper and cumin and cook for 5 minutes. Add peanuts and cook for ten minutes

Add the edamame, uncovered, boil in the pot for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat, add an appropriate amount of salt, leave it uncovered, soak it in and let it absorb the flavor! (Close the lid and the color will turn yellow)
